Rehab Services are available Monday through Friday with weekend coverage based on the individual needs of the patient. General hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Inpatient care is provided based on a therapy plan of care and individual needs of the patient.

Rehabilitation is individualized for each patient depending upon the needs of the patient. We are located on the lower level of the Meadowview Orthopedic Care Center.
