  • Dinner starters: Dried beans, low-salt canned items like beans, tuna and salmon
  • Rolled, steel-cut or Irish oats
  • Brown rice, wild rice and/or brown basmati rice
  • Whole wheat pastas
  • Reduced-sodium chicken, beef and vegetable broths
